About Me
My name is Olivia Russell
With a Bachelor’s in Communications and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition, I bring a unique blend of education and empathy to my work as a nutritionist. I’m the owner of Whole Root Nutrition and a dedicated Nutrition Educator with KidsCook!, where I help young learners build healthy relationships with food. My professional background includes experience in intuitive eating and eating disorder recovery. Outside of work, I’m an avid gardener, proud cat and dog mom, and am happy to call Albuquerque, New Mexico my home.
